Tires, hazardous materials, construction debris, and light bulbs will not be accepted.
The drop-off line will form on Tyler St. and head west.

IN-PERSON FLOOD ASSISTANCE
Beginning Sunday, January 28, 2024, flood victims may walk-in (no appointment necessary) to receive assistance with:
- Debris and household waste removal
- Erosion Control
- Rebuilding permits
- Replacing vital records
- Self-sufficiency services (Medi-Cal, CalFresh, CalWorks)
The Department of Motor Vehicles, San Diego Gas & Electric, and Red Cross will also be available.
